Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Listalyze, a product of ConfirmDev LLC (Irving, Texas). This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.

1. Acceptance

By using Listalyze (the website and the app at app.listalyze.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You can use the core tool without an account. Some features require you to sign in with ConfirmID. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service;
  • resell or redistribute the service except as expressly permitted.

Because your lists are processed locally in your browser, you are responsible for the data you choose to process and for complying with any laws that apply to it.

4. Pro subscription and billing

Listalyze offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. The current price, billing interval, and payment processor are shown at checkout before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Applicable taxes may be added.

5. Intellectual property

Listalyze, its name, branding and software are owned by ConfirmDev LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. The lists and text you process remain yours; we claim no ownership of your content.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result is correct for your purpose. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listalyze and ConfirmDev LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
